Returns Policy

You can return new, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Returns after 14 days but within 30 days: Items returned after the 14-day window but within 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • No returns after 30 days: We cannot accept returns after 30 days from the date of sale.

Refunds will be issued for the value of the returned items only. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

You can expect to receive your refund within three weeks from when the package is given to the return shipper. However, in many cases, refunds may be processed sooner. The timeline includes:

  • Transit time: 5–7 business days for us to receive the return.
  • Processing time: 3–5 business days to inspect and process the return.
  • Bank processing time: 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

To initiate a return, please log in to your account, go to the "Complete Orders" section, and click the Return Item(s) button. You will be notified via email once your return is processed.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address worldwide. If you're encountering any issues during checkout, please reach out to us by email for assistance.

  • Order Processing: Orders placed before 2:30 PM EST (excluding holidays) will be processed the same day. Please note that processing times may vary during holidays.

  • Shipping Estimates: Once you place an order, we will provide an estimated shipping and delivery date based on item availability and the shipping method you select. Shipping estimates can be viewed on the shipping quotes page before you finalize your order.

  • Weight-based Shipping Rates: Shipping rates for many items are determined by weight. You can find the weight information for each item on its product detail page. To accommodate the policies of our shipping partners, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
